Terms and Conditions

Lucky Charms Competitions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates prize draws and raffles. By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

•  Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

•  Entries are open to UK residents only.

•  Employees of Lucky Charms Competitions and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Ticket Sales & Pricing

•  Tickets are sold at the stated price (e.g. 99p, 49p, etc.).

•  Each ticket gives one entry into the prize draw.

•  All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Minimum Ticket Threshold & Shortfall Policy

•  Each competition has a target number of tickets or a minimum percentage of tickets that must be sold for the draw to proceed.

•  If the raffle falls short of the required percentage of tickets sold by the closing time, Lucky Charms Competitions reserves the right to cancel the draw.

•  In the event of cancellation due to insufficient ticket sales:

•  All entrants will be offered either:

•  A full refund to the original payment method, or

•  Site credit equal to the value of tickets purchased (to be used on future competitions).

•  Customers will be notified via email and/or on the competition page.

4. Prize Draw

•  The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly (using a certified random number generator or independent observer where required).

•  Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw.

•  If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

5. Prizes

•  Prizes are as stated on the competition page and are non-transferable.

•  Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer.

•  We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Free Entry Option

•  Where a free entry route is available (e.g. postal entry), details will be provided in the specific competition rules.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

•  Refunds are only issued in accordance with the shortfall policy above or if the competition is cancelled for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Data Protection

•  Your personal data will be used only for the administration of the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

•  These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

•  These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
